Not even half.

Here are s few more things I have actually photographed. Pathetic. I have made like 6 baby gifts that I forgot to take pictures of. Doll Quilt, baby shoes, bibs, 2 dresses. So sad that I forgot. I even made a pettiskirt for a little baby and forgot to take a picture of that.

Some Updates!

Here are a few things I have neglected posting. I know pictures on hangers make them look all sad and droopy and several things are not ironed. But I figured I would just be better off to just get them up here.

First up, a mushroom skirt! This was a tutorial I found here and it is really cute and twirly on!

This is her Thanksgiving dress. I posted a picture on my family blog, but I was taking pictures anyway so I thought I would take one more.

The green one is a bright green eyelet dress I made for Charlotte's friend Ainsley. It needed a little repair so I am fixing it and sending it back home soon.

This jumper is a mish mash of several patterns- last time she wore it she got something on it and when I tried to get the stain out it bleached out the fabric in a few spots. Fortunately, I have plenty of fabric left and I am going to add a cute pocket on there to cover it up!

My favorite! This pattern is from The Handmade Dress! She has a new pattern coming out this spring and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I can't wait. Go check it out here and here. And yes, the Jessica that wants the Peter Pan collar is me.

Knits and Jumper

These are a couple of things I have made recently- both are from the Ottobre magazine (Spring 08).

I think they came out really well!! The blue top was my first experiment in knit fabrics (think stretchy, tee-shirty fabric) and I think it came out well. Obviously, it is too big and I didn't hem it yet; I want to wait until she is actually going to wear it so that I know how long it needs to be. She is such a shorty I think it will be too long if I go with the pattern.

The jumper is another Otto pattern that I think came out really well! It is a little big but I still think it will be cute as the weather gets warmer. It is lightweight linen fabric that I LOVE!
